ship outs depend on schedule but pick ups will be 1-2 times a week depending if i work from home or not and how fast i pack.
after shipment, i am not liable for any lost or damaged packages caused by the courier. i will not be issuing refunds unless it was genuinely because a fault of mine
packing fees will be added when in the order confirmation for onhand items while pf for stbo items will be collected with lsf once they are onhand. packing fee starts at ₱15 for photocards and ₱20 for 4+ photocards / bigger items but may increase depending on the item/s
packaging for photocards consists of a card sleeve, plastic toploader, cardboard / corrugated box and bubblewrap / bubble mailer ! bigger items are cardboard / corrugated box and bubblewrap as well, more may be added depending on item and size

reservation will only be for sure buyers for 3 days if onhand. for stbo items, it may be stated in the tweet or payo if i still need to secure it. however, i am flexible and lenient with deadlines as long as you are a sure buyer or let me know why you cannot settle the payment yet
for stbo items, the eta or condition the items arrive to me are out of my control and i will not refund items if 1) you are impatient (please be familiar with etas) 2) the items that were delivered to me arrived damaged. i can provide conditions of your item if seller sends them to me as well or once they arrive to me upon request
patience is a must! i have a life outside being a GOM and would appreciate your understanding and patience with your orders and ship outs because i am only 1 person doing everything.
cancellation or refund is only possible with a valid reason given before the actual DOP, if you do not pay on time without letting me know why, i will not push through with the transaction. whether the item/s are onhand / secured from claims / pasabuys / tingis after you claimed / reserved, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of your total. if item/s arrived damaged or something is missing, i will need to see an unedited unpacking video. in the case my supplier was scammed or is a scammer, refunds will be issued but patience is a must.late fees will be issued if payment is not settled on time, there will be additional ₱25 per day, starting the first day after the DOP. i will hold onto items for 2 weeks before posting you as a joy reserver / bogus buyer if you fail to pay or respond. please be a responsible buyer and i may not be able to send payment reminders. for late shipments, if your item has arrived but i am not receiving a response, i will hold the item/s for upto 2 months before disposing.placing an order with me means you have read and agree with all my terms and conditions!

all payments will be accepted in PHP or USD for both wise (preferred) and paypal. +6% if paypal goods & services and a fixed ₱50 / $0.8 bank transfer fee for all international transactions (toward transferring to my local bank). i also check paypal's conversion rates for PHP to USD which can differ from what is shown on other sites.ww shipments start at $5 for tracked registered mail under PHLPost, but it will ultimately depend on the final weight of your items and which country you are from. registered mail can take upto 2-8 weeks, but there may be delays in customs or travel. once the parcels are given to the post, i am not liable of anything that will happened to the package after. i only offer tracked registered mail to avoid lost mail.i do have a back up courier, inline forwarder, that i use when contries under PHLPost goes through suspensions but the prices are more expensive. packages are also under registered tracked mail as they are partnered with SG Post.placing an order with me means you have read and agree with all my terms and conditions!
FANCALL RAFFLES !
what are fancall raffles? fancall raffles are group orders where i will be asking claimers if they are interested to apply for a fancall. everyone who buys from the GO will be entitled entries.
1 album + 1 pob = 3 entries
1 album / 1 random album photocards only = 1 entry
i will also be hosting events for my personal applications that can entitle you to bonus entries in future raffles as a thank you.there is no limits to claims and raffle entries
(ex. if you claim 2 ot4 sets, 24 raffle entries will be counted)before the application period ends, i will draw a winner from all claimers who joined the raffle and whoever wins, all the albums and pobs claimed in the GO will be used for the winner's fancall application.you can only join the fancall raffle for events you claimed for.
(ex. if you claimed a pob version for group vce and 1:1 vce only, you are not allowed to apply for unit vce)winning the fancall raffle DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE CALL! you only win the application slot.you will be able to keep ALL benefits if you win the call. in a standard fancall event, you will win a signed album to either you nickname or full name (depends on the store). there can be other possible benefits including raffled polaroid, signed photocard, etc. it ultimately depends on the store and event.here will be a 5 EVENT INTERVAL for any fancall winners.
